My understanding of Richard, was that he attended East High until 1962 - 1963 school year when he Tranfered to Central for the Industrial Arts program.  By doing this he then graduated from there in 1963.  His brother Bob of our class asked that he be added to our list since he was with our class through 11th grade.  But then in September of 1975 we lost him.
